Ulfat Hussain Shah, Rising Star from Rawalpindi



As the mission of Clubinfo is to promote club cricketers, so lets take some time out to figure out one of the upcoming club cricket player who is all set to take off for a bright cricket future.

Ulfat Hussain Shah has been playing proper club cricket since 7 years and he is about to knock the doors of First Class cricket in this season very soon.

Ulfat Hussain is a right arm fast bowler who started his club career from Decent Cricket Club which is named in one of the top clubs of Rawalpindi. In his overall stats in club cricket (registered @ Clubinfo) He has taken 128 wickets in 54 matches whereas recently in Senior Inter District tournament he has taken 28 wickets in 4 matches and ended as a top wicket taker bowler.

He is representing Army Cricket Team at different level, also toured England this season where he bowled in one match and took 3 wickets. On 14th August, he represented Pakistan Army in a T10 match at Pindi Club Rawalpindi which was star studded including Misbah-ul-Haq, Shahid Afridi, Ahmed Shehzad and was also witnessed by COAS Raheel Shareef.

On personal basis, Ulfat Hussain Shah wanted to give a special thanks to Sabih Azhar who is current coach of Rawalpindi Rams and to Nazakat Ali ; president of Decent Cricket Club. He acclaim that both the gentlemen have played a vital role in boosting his confidence in cricket.
